INFORMĀCIJA PAR IEINTERESĒTO PIEGĀDĀTĀJU SANĀKSMI - Saskaņā ar Publisko iepirkuma likumu 18.pants otro daļu, Iepirkuma komisija rīkos ieinteresēto piegādātāju sanāksmi (turpmāk – sanāksme), lai izrunātu neskaidros jautājumus.
Sarunas laikā tiks apspriestas sekojošās tēmas:
- pasūtītāja vajadzību un sagaidījumu precizēšana;
- potenciālo pretendentu galveno bažu, komentāru un priekšlikumu apspriešana;
- iespējamo kompromisu identificēšana, lai nodrošinātu skaidru un abpusēji saprotamu iepirkuma procesa norisi.
Sanāksme notiks 11.09.2026. plkst.10:00, MS Teams platformā. Lūgums visus ieinteresētos piegādātājus pieteikties sanāksmei, sūtot savu kontaktinformāciju (e-pastu, tālr.) uz e-pastu: ca.ip@riga.lv, ne vēlāk kā līdz 10.09.2026 plkst.12:00, lai varam nosūtīt pieslēgšanās saiti.
INFORMATION REGARDING THE MEETING OF INTERESTED SUPPLIERS - In accordance with Section 18, Paragraph Two of the Public Procurement Law, the Procurement Commission will organize a meeting of interested suppliers (hereinafter referred to as the “Meeting”) to discuss and clarify any outstanding questions.
The preliminary agenda will include:
• clarification of the Client’s needs and expectations;
• discussing the prospective tenderers’ main concerns and comments;
• identification of possible compromises to ensure a clear and mutually understood procurement process.
The Meeting will take place on 11.09.2026. 10:00 a.m. via the MS Teams platform.
All interested suppliers are kindly requested to register for the Meeting by sending their contact information (e-mail address and telephone number) to ca.ip@riga.lv no later than 10.09.2026. 12:00, so that we can provide the meeting access link.
