Iepirkuma priekšmetu līdzfinansē EISI (CEF) - Eiropas infrastruktūras savienošanas instruments (Connecting Europe Facility). Iepirkuma 1. posmā tika saņemti pieteikumi no četriem kandidātiem. Iepirkuma 2. posmā piedāvājums tika saņemts no viena pretendenta. Pasūtītājs (RB Rail AS) iepirkumu veic Latvijas Republikas Satiksmes ministrijas, Igaunijas Republikas Klimata ministrijas (Igaunijas Republikas Ekonomikas lietu un komunikāciju ministrijas) un AB “ LTG Infra” vajadzībām. Līguma maksimālo vērtību kopsummu var ietekmēt noslēgtie līguma grozījumi. Kopējais līguma darbības laiks aptver Rail Baltica Globālā projekta enerģijas apgādes apakšsistēmas izvietošanu, ieskaitot defektu paziņošanas periodu, t.i.,1. kārtas īstenošana notiks līdz 2030.gada beigām vai ilgāk, ja projekta īstenošana tiks pagarināta un 2.kārtas īstenošana notiks līdz 2040.gada beigām vai ilgāk, ja projekta īstenošana tiks pagarināta un tiks apstiprināts finansējums visam projekta apjomam. / The procurement subject-matter is co-financed by the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF). Applications were received from four candidates in the first stage of the procurement. In the second stage of the procurement, a bid was received from one tenderer. Contracting authority (RB Rail AS) conducts this procurement for the benefit of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Latvia, Ministry of Climate of the Republic of Estonia (Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications of the Republic of Estonia) and AB “LTG Infra”. The total maximum value of the Agreement may be affected by concluded agreement amendments. The total period of Agreement shall cover the deployment of Energy subsystem for Rail Baltica Global project, including defect notification period, i.e., Phase 1 to be implemented by end of 2030 or longer, if project implementation will be extended and Phase 2 until end of 2040 or longer, if project implementation will be extended, and the funding for the whole scope will be approved.
