Līguma termiņš ir 48 (četrdesmit astoņi) mēneši, sākot no Parakstīšanas datuma vai līdz tā kopējās vērtības sasniegšanai, atkarībā no tā, kurš notikums iestājas pirmais. Ja kopējā vērtība nav sasniegta, bet ir pagājis sākotnējais 48 (četrdesmit astoņu) mēnešu termiņš, tad Termiņu var pagarināt vēl uz 1 (vienu) gadu, ar nosacījumu, ka pat šādā gadījumā kopējā vērtība nedrīkst tikt pārsniegta. / The term of the Agreement is 48 (forty-eight) months starting on the Signing Date or until the Total Value has been reached, whichever comes first.
